التعريف بالخدمة

يقدم موقع "دُرّة" خدمات Life coaching عبر الإنترنت، تشمل:

  • جلسات فردية عبر Zoom
  • برامج مباشرة أو مجموعات
  • محتوى رقمي (كورسات، برامج مسجلة، ملفات قابلة للتحميل)

الحجز والدفع

  • يتم حجز جميع الجلسات مسبقًا.
  • لا يتم تأكيد أي جلسة بدون دفع.
  • جميع المدفوعات تتم مسبقًا.
  • الأسعار قد يتم تعديلها في أي وقت.

إلغاء الجلسات وإعادة الجدولة

  • يمكن إعادة جدولة الجلسة إذا تم الطلب قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل.
  • في حال الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة أو عدم الحضور، تعتبر الجلسة مستهلكة بالكامل.
  • لا يمكن إعادة الجدولة في حالة التأخير أو الغياب.

الانضباط والسلوك

  • النتائج تعتمد على التزام العميل وتفاعله.
  • "دُرّة" لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن القرارات الشخصية التي يتخذها العميل.

يحق لـ "دُرّة" إنهاء الجلسة دون تعويض في حال:

  • السلوك غير اللائق
  • عدم الاحترام
  • إساءة الاستخدام

الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع (النصوص، البرامج، الجلسات، الملفات) ملك لـ "دُرّة" ولا يجوز:

  • نسخها
  • توزيعها
  • استخدامها تجاريًا

Terms and Conditions

Service Description

The “Dorra” website provides online life coaching services, including:

  • One-to-one sessions via Zoom
  • Live programs or group sessions
  • Digital content (courses, recorded programs, downloadable materials)

Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • No session is confirmed without payment.
  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • Prices may be changed at any time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, or in case of no attendance, the session will be considered fully used.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed in case of lateness or absence.

Commitment and Conduct

  • Results depend on the client’s commitment and participation.
  • “Dorra” is not responsible for any personal decisions made by the client.

“Dorra” reserves the right to end a session without refund in cases of:

  • Inappropriate behaviour
  • Lack of respect
  • Misuse of the service

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, programs, sessions, files) belongs to “Durra” and may not be:

  • Copied
  • Distributed
  • Used for commercial purposes
